All Homeroom attendance must be submitted by 9:30am.  AKA: End of 3rd Period.

The attendance for last period of day must be taken the first 10 minutes of class.

1)     

SIRS INSTRUCTIONS
 
Sign-In to SIRS

·        Click on icon TeacherSIRS on Desktop

·        User: First Initial of First Name then Last Name

·        Password: Last Four Digits of S.S. #

·        Press <Enter> Twice

2)      Attendance In SIRS

·        Today’s Date

      will Appear

·        Scroll through and Click on Proper Class

 

·  Double Click on Student who is absent. i.e. Red

 

·  Double Click Twice on Student who is late.  i.e. Yellow

 

·  If you keep Double Clicking, it will change back to Present  i.e. Green

 

·  If all students are Present in class, just click on

  <All Students Are Present>

 

·  Once attendance is taken, Click <Save>.

  • If you make a mistake in attendance, you can re-enter and re-save the attendance for that class.
