Health Content Opt Out

In accordance with N.J.S.A.18A:35-4.7, parents are permitted to “opt out” of this learning for their child if it conflicts with conscience or sincerely held moral or religious beliefs. In the event you choose to opt your child out of this instruction, an alternate health assignment will be provided to support your child’s learning. Students will not be allowed to attend additional physical education classes in lieu of alternate health assignments. Students who opt out of a single lesson or a week - Will be placed in Study Hall to complete their alternative health assignment.
