Ms. Kaefer has been selected as Manchester’s educator of the month for March. Ms. Kaefer currently teaches Spanish II, Honors Spanish 3, Honors Spanish 4, and AP Spanish. Ms. Kaefer runs the Manchester Regional High School’s chapter of the Spanish Honor Society. Ms. Kaefer has routinely led the World Languages department’s efforts to raise the rigor and engagement of students with a return to full in person instruction. She has worked extremely hard with her fellow colleagues and puts the needs of her students first. Ms. Kaefer holds after school extra help sessions for struggling students, and after school study sessions for AP students. Ms Kaefer continues to make positive contributions both inside and outside of the classroom which has led her students to academic success throughout the school year.
