The Passaic County Teachers of the Year for 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 were celebrated and honored at the Haledon Borough Meeting that took place at Manchester Regional High School on Thursday, 09/25/25. Ms. Bernadette Orsita (2024-2025) and Ms. Alyssa Bitar (2025-2026), long serving teachers here at MRHS, received the spotlight for their incredible contributions to education and their service to our sending communities. Having back to back Passaic County Teachers of the Year has only happened at one other Passaic County school in the history of the CTOY program.
