Liliana Baez-Molina

Liliana, a proud Haledon resident since 2001, moved to the community with her family. She is a graduate of Mary Help of Christians Academy and Passaic County Community College, where she earned a degree in Hospitality Management. In 2020, she achieved her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) certification and currently works full-time as a Senior Event Specialist for a global roofing manufacturing company.

A dedicated member of the Haledon community, Liliana has served as a Class Mom, PTA member for over 10 years, Rutgers-certified Head Cheer Coach, and a member of the Pandemic Response Team for Haledon Public School. She values the strong sense of community, excellent schools, and the meaningful connections she has built while raising her children in Haledon.

Liliana made history on the MRHS Board of Education as the first Latina Vice President in January 2024 and President in February 2024, continuing her service as President in 2025. She has demonstrated a strong commitment to effective school governance and professional growth through the New Jersey School Boards Association (NJSBA) Board Member Academy, earning progressive certifications and, most recently, the Master Board Member designation in December 2025.

Outside of her service, Liliana treasures time with her family, whether enjoying spontaneous adventures, relaxing by the fire pit, or watching movies together.
