Liliana Baez-Molina

Liliana, a proud Haledon resident since 2001, moved to the community with her family. She is a graduate of Mary Help of Christians Academy and Passaic County Community College, where she earned a degree in Hospitality Management. In 2020, she achieved her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) certification and currently works full-time as a Senior Event Specialist for a global roofing manufacturing company.

As a dedicated member of the Haledon community, Liliana has served as a Class Mom, PTA member for over 10 years, Rutgers-certified Head Cheer Coach, and a member of the Pandemic Response Team for Haledon Public School. She values the strong sense of community, excellent schools, and connections she has built while raising her children in Haledon.

Liliana made history on the MRHS Board of Education, becoming the first Latina Vice President in January 2024 and President in February 2024. She earned the NJSBA New Board Member Boardsmanship Certification in April 2024 and most recently achieved the Certified Board Member certification through the NJSBA Board Member Academy. This certification required earning at least 20 credits through Academy sessions, the NJSBA Annual Workshop, and various county programs, demonstrating her commitment to professional development and effective school governance.

Outside her service, Liliana treasures family time, whether it’s enjoying spontaneous adventures, sitting by the fire pit, or watching movies together.
