Liliana Baez-Molina

 

A Haledon resident since 2001, Liliana Baez has been actively involved in her community through education, youth programs, and parish life. A graduate of Mary Help of Christians Academy and Passaic County Community College, she also holds a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) credential and works as a Senior Event Specialist for GAF, North America’s leading roofing manufacturer.


On the Manchester Regional High School Board of Education, Liliana made history as the first Latina elected Vice President in 2024 and President in 2024–2025. Under her leadership, the Board earned the NJSBA Carole E. Larson Master Board Certification, recognizing excellence in governance, professional development, and teamwork to advance student achievement. She also serves on the NJSBA Legislative Committee and has dedicated more than 10 years of volunteer service as a PTA member and class mom at Haledon Public School, as well as serving as a Rutgers-certified head cheer coach and advisor manager for the Manchester Junior Falcons Football and Cheer Association and as an active parishioner at the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist in Paterson.
