Jaclyn Marcella
Ms. Marcella joined the MRHS CST in early March, two weeks before the pandemic changed life as we knew it. She jumped right in to establish relationships with our students and was proactive in her communications to build that trust. She quickly demonstrated her leadership skills by providing social-emotional support to our students and staff in a variety of ways some of which were later implemented throughout departments. She has been committed to our students and staff and promoted strategies to use to relieve stress and maintain a positive outlook during these troubling times. Ms. Marcella collaborated with the Falcon’s Lounge team to create our Falcon’s Wellness Newsletter to provide Mental Health Tips, resources, and activities for students and their families.
