As a dedicated member of science faculty, Ms. Beres has endeavored to teach students with hands on and other engaging strategies each day that she comes to work. Congratulations to Mr. Nicholas Crouch for being honored as Educator of the Month for December, 2019. Mr. Crouch is a member of our Social Studies department and loves working with students, parents, and other educators. Girls Basketball

Congratulations to the girls basketball team for winning the Passaic Holiday Classic. The girls team defeated Ridgefield 52-18 in the semifinal and beat Passaic 40-23 in the championship. Jasmine McDuffie was named tournament MVP. The girls team is now 3-1.

14th Annual Passaic County Teen Life Conference

The 14th Annual Passaic County Teen Life Conference was held at William
Paterson University on December 13, 2019. This conference is hosted by Planned Parenthood and the Family Life Institute. All students were invited to write an essay answering the following: "What suggestions(s) do you have to make a positive change at your school or with the educational system as a whole?" Of all of the schools invited to attend this conference in Passaic County, New Jersey, a Manchester Regional High School student won 2nd place in the essay contest. The second place winner is Julio Suncar (MRHS Junior). Congratulations!
