On Thursday, 04/17/25, all students and staff at Manchester Regional High School participated in the annual Multicultural Fair! Over 175 students performed (all performers pictured) or facilitated this full day, whole school event that celebrates all cultures of our world and of our great State, County, and local school community. All students and staff were able to participate and partake in the sharing of food, culture, learning, performance, and great music. This event is truly unique and ensures that everyone is represented and included in meaningful ways that are authentic and personalized. Guests came from far and wide including, but not limited to the State Teacher of the Year, representatives from our local Municipal Councils and Boards of Education in Haledon and Prospect Park, Board Members from PC MRHSD including Board President Lilian Baez, the New Jersey State Assembly, the Passaic County Education Association, the Passaic County School Boards Association, and even our very own Congresswoman Nellie Pou from North Haledon who honored the facilitator of the event, Passaic County Teacher of the Year, Bernadette Orsita with an official Citation of Outstanding Achievement from Congress! Superintendent John Coviello also accepted a Citation for Outstanding Achievement and Programming on behalf of the PC Manchester Regional High School District. Manchester Regional High School appreciates the diversity of our communities and will continue to honor them annually with this outstanding celebration.
