Annual Board Retreat Keeps Master Certified Board Members Working Hard for MRHS!

On Monday, June 16th, the members of the PC MRHSD Board of Education and Superintendent Coviello participated in the annual Board Retreat from 6:00pm to 10:00pm in the MRHS Innovation Center and Gymnasium.  Facilitated by New Jersey School Boards Association (NJSBA) Representative Kelly Mitchell under the leadership of President Baez, the Board engaged in extensive evaluation of its performance for the year, team building activities, and goal setting for both the District and Board itself for the upcoming school year 2025-2026.  A major highlight pictured features one of the team building activities that are some of the same Project Adventure challenges that are offered to students at MRHS.  These activities build trust, listening, collaboration, problem solving, and leadership skills among many others.  A very special thanks to Ms. Sara Weinstein, physical educator at MRHS who planned and co-led the activities with some outstanding student Falcons as a certified instructor.  The Board, Superintendent Coviello, and NJSBA Rep Mitchell are very excited for the upcoming school year and look forward to moving student achievement, facilities upgrades, and the strong community that is the Falcon Family forward during 2025-2026!
