This past Friday, 03/15/24, twenty-one students from MRHS had the opportunity to attend the Planned Parenthood Teen Life Conference with Ms. Silverman (MRHS Student Assistance Coordinator) and Jeffrey Boyce (Falcon’s Lounge/ Care Plus Counselor). At the conference, students were able to listen to a keynote done by peers as well as attend various breakout rooms. Some of these topics include, but were not limited to chair yoga and meditation, LGBTQ+ services, relationships and digital boundaries, mental health and art therapy, along with many others. The students had a blast spending the day with one another learning about various wellness topics! Not only did the students get to learn a ton, they were also offered the opportunity to apply to the Planned Parenthood Teen Links which is a paid

$Ms. Orsita demonstrated why she was not only selected as Manchester Regional High School\'s Teacher of the Year but also earned February\'s Educator of the Month with her continued commitment to her students and to her teaching craft. Ms. Orsita works tirelessly each day providing creative and interactive lessons for her students. In February, she created and displayed a bulletin board dedicated to Black History Month that was effectively utilized in classroom instruction. Ms. Orista is very active and has taken on a leadership role during within her professional learning communities (PLC\'s). She spends additional time providing guidance and working with new teachers and is always professional in her approach. Congratulations, Ms. Orsita!$
