Recently, the Make Difference Club participated in the Lunches with Love program at Oasis on Mill St- in Paterson. For only $144.00 we were able to help provide the meals for the entire day for over 200 people. For privacy reasons there are no pictures of the people we fed. Some of the students worked in the kitchen while others sorted the clothing to be given to the many women who showed up during the day to “shop.”

Manchester Make A Difference Club Members Ti’Ani Thomas and Justin Santana engage in meaningful conversation with a couple of our favorite seniors at the North Haledon Golden Age Club! In February, they will receive treats that were homemade by the students with a little help from the secret chocolate elf.

MRHS junior, Christian Mendoza, won the JV Passaic County Heavyweight Wrestling Championship. He sustained a bloody nose, but was still able to win the match in the third overtime. He accomplished this despite having had an injury that kept him out of action for a while. Congratulations Christian!

Kadejhia Sellers who helped her high school basketball team to its best season in three decades before going to college.

The MRHS Leadership Team is proud to honor Mrs. Deborah Bonchek as the Educator of the Month for December. Ms. Bonchek is a respected member of our Mathematics Department who devotes additional time to facilitating Math League and co-advising our National Honor Society. Mrs. Bonchek has been consistently observed going above and beyond to serve the needs of her students. Congratulation Mrs. Bonchek!
