The class will be able to recognize that comics, like books, have a narrator, characters, dialogue and descriptions. Comics also follow an organized plot that includes a sequence of events and comes to a logical conclusion. These are the basic elements of a narrative text. However, the comic format allows writers to present information in a fun, visual way
Why do we fall? We can be tackled by fear, we can be tackled by success, we can be tackled by people... Or we can just break ourselves down so much that we fall anyway.
You can be tackled by fear; it will always be right there to tell you: stop, you can't do it. It's impossible, and you start making excuses.
You can be tackled by success, when you've reached a lot that you wanted to reach, and you get blinded by the good and bad things that people tell you. You're losing your fight, because you get cocky. You're like: I did what I had to do, so I can do everything. And then there is someone who shows up to be more motivated and more succesfull, so you fall down because you're dissapointed.
We can be tackled by people. Most of the time it will be losers, telling you you can't do it because they couldn't, or because they don't believe in your capabilities. They'll do everything to keep you down, so that you don't get in the spotlight and that they can maybe get some more attention.
It's normal that we fall down, because we're just human. Only winners get back up, and the champions will stay strong 'till they've reached what they wanted to reach.
