Ms. Balci, has been selected as Manchester’s educator of the month for December. Ms. Balci currently teaches all levels of English as a Second Language at Manchester Regional High School. Ms. Balci contributes greatly to the ESL department’s efforts to raise the schools awareness of educational techniques used to benefit English Language Learners. Ms. Balci runs the night and weekend adult ESL classes and coordinates frequently with the community. Ms. Balci also ran a successful parent night held in the Falcon’s lounge. Ms. Balci continues to make positive contributions both inside and outside of the classroom which has led her students to academic success.
