MRHS appreciates the members of the Board of Education! Our next Board of Education Spotlight during School Board Appreciation Month falls on Hilton Gonzalez from Haledon. Hilton, along with his wife of twenty-five years and two children, is a long time resident of Haledon. He is a graduate of Kean College with a Bachelor of Science. Hilton has over thirty-eight years of experience in the banking industry and is currently retired from PNC Bank after thirty-four years of service. Locally, he served for many years as PTA President at HPSD. Hilton leverages his experience to ensure that your child is receiving an excellent education by focusing on raising academic expectations and giving students support to meet those expectations, promoting extra-curricular activities that focus on academic excellence, investing in athletic or extra-curricular programs in which students can excel, and building MRHS’s reputation to attract students to the school. Being a Board Member is an unpaid work of heart. We appreciate you and we thank you for your service!
