MRHS appreciates the members of the Board of Education! Our next Board of Education Spotlight during School Board Appreciation Month falls on Jose Zamora from Haledon. Mr. Zamora continues to be an ardent supporter of the Haledon community and its youth. A staunch advocate for bullying/cyberbullying prevention as well as physical fitness, he is often found working on ways to develop social-emotional wellness and the positive executive functioning skills of the children of our communities. For example, he has served for many years as a leader of youth soccer programs which have grown exponentially over time. Mr. Zamora is always kind, fair, and listens to understand. A consummate Coach, he loves supporting the work of the PC MRHSD and looks forward to continuing to serve as a BOE Trustee during 2026. Being a Board Member is an unpaid work of heart. We appreciate you and we thank you for your service!
