Annual lunch forms (NJ Household Information Surveys) are due at this time on the Realtime parent portal. Please complete and submit as soon as possible. If we do not have enough completed surveys we will lose the free breakfast and lunch program. These must be filled out even if you qualified for free breakfast and lunch last year.
