Parent/Guardian 1:1 Return Letter 2018-2019

Dear Parents/Guardians,
MRHS implemented a full one to one (1:1) Chromebook initiative for the 2018-2019 school year. Thanks to your help and support, this initiative could not have gone smoother! We appreciate your investment in the education of your child and for believing in the project. Every child now has access to a state of the art Chromebook twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week, at school and at home. That is an achievement not to be taken lightly. We will be collecting all Chromebooks and chargers at the conclusion of final exams at the end of the school year. Chromebook and charger collection will begin on Friday, June 14th and will be completed by Wednesday, June 19th.

She’s always been passionate about art, and it’s something she has enjoyed from a young age. This year, she was asked to leave her mark, and paint a mural in the school, and she decided to paint a tropical scene because it reminded her of where she grew up. She explained that “A benefit of the painting is that it gets you to look forward towards the summer, and I made it bright and colorful because I want it to bring a little light into the students’ day.”
